2. Review of applications

3. Final Presentation

The shortlisted projects are presented orally to a jury composed of professionals, experts, and partners from the sector.

 The fees cover, in particular:

 – the organization of the jury and the Grand Oral 
 – the awards ceremony

 The fees are the same for all trophies.

If you have contributed to an event project, you are eligible to apply.
What types of projects are expected?
All types of event projects can be submitted: B2B or B2C events, communication campaigns, brand experiences, internal initiatives, projects led by venues or destinations.
Projects must have been completed within the last 24 months and demonstrate clear objectives, concrete implementation, and results.
Can I submit multiple projects or apply in multiple categories?
Yes. You can submit multiple projects and apply in one or more categories if your projects meet the criteria. Each project must be submitted as a separate application.
Is there a fee to apply?
Yes. The fee covers the organization, evaluation, support, and promotion of projects.
